    Dr. Cheyene Bownds is a pediatrician who cares for children of all ages, from newborn through adolescence. Dr. Bownds graduated from medical school and completed her pediatric residency training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She and her husband chose to make Lubbock their home, and to raise their family here in West Texas. As a mom and a physician, Dr. Bownds understands a parent's perspective. She enjoys teaming up with parents to provide clear communication and compassionate care. She appreciates the unique opportunity to be a small part of each child's journey, and to cheer them on as they achieve new goals and celebrate life's special moments. When Dr. Bownds is not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, ranching and interior decorating.
