    Dr. Malak Faragallah is a board-certified internist with a diverse background spanning both hospital and outpatient medicine. He earned his medical degree from Mansoura University School of Medicine in Egypt, where he also gained early clinical experience in rural, underserved communities, an experience that shaped his commitment to accessible, patient-centered medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. Following residency, Dr. Faragallah has practiced as a hospitalist, caring for acutely ill patients in the inpatient setting and developing strong skills in complex medical decision-making. He is now transitioning into outpatient internal medicine, where he looks forward to building longitudinal relationships with his patients and managing a broad range of chronic and preventive health needs. His approach emphasizes thorough, individualized care, taking time to understand each patient's unique circumstances and health goals. He is passionate about delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to diverse patient populations, drawing on his training and cultural background to connect with patients from all walks of life.
