    Krystal is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a rich background in nursing spanning 15 years. She earned her undergraduate degree from Covenant School of Nursing and furthered her education with a Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Woman's University. Throughout her career, Krystal has gained diverse experience working in ICU, physical rehab, surgery, and as a birth assistant. She is proud to be part of the CMG team, where she specializes in women’s health and promoting holistic wellness for women. Krystal is passionate about fostering a team-based, holistic approach to care, ensuring that each patient is well-informed and actively involved in their health journey. She strives to create a welcoming and safe environment where patients feel empowered to take charge of their wellness. Outside of her professional life, Krystal is an avid traveler, camper, and reader, with a particular fondness for mountainous regions. She also enjoys painting, sewing, and gardening, and is an enthusiastic participant in her three daughters' sports and orchestra activities. Krystal is lighthearted and seeks to bring smiles to all patients she cares for. Krystal’s personal and professional life is dedicated to nurturing growth, health, and happiness, both in her garden and in her community.
